Dinosaurs roamed the earth millions of years ago and over years of research scientists have put together facts on a huge number of them – over 500 at last count. In actual fact a new species is discovered with surprising regularity.
We all know the names of the most familiar dinosaurs such as Tyrannosaurus Rex, Allosaur, and Stegosaurus, Velociraptor etc this list goes on but we seldom know much more than the name so we have tried to put together a comprehensive list of these and many other dinosaurs accompanied by some facts about them.
This is a constantly growing and evolving list so please check back regularly for updates on existing dinosaurs and new dinosaurs discovered.
